I'm Sandy Brewer, Broker Associate with ERA. I have been a realtor for 16 years and a member of the Janice Miller Team for 15+ years. Working with both Buyers and Sellers . My grandfather and dad were both home builders and that is were I gained my love for real estate. I have spent many hours on their jobs sites over the years and gained a considerable amount of knowledge of the building process along the way. Real Estate is not just my job it is my passion ! Nothing is more rewarding than to see the smile on a buyers or sellers face at the closing table and know I've made that happen.
